We use the best quality equipment in the industry to deliver the best possible dry times. Drying times vary, however most carpet will dry within twelve hours – some in as little as two, some overnight. Drying times depend on weather, indoor air circulation and ventilation, as well as the type of carpet, its age and condition. air conditioning. If you require a quicker dry time, speak to us so we can speed it up using are industry leading drying fans.

This is your choice. Some people will move everything off the carpet prior to our arrival but many just leave the heavy items in place to clean around and move the smaller/lighter items off. We are happy to help move these smaller items for you. The Lighter items we can also slide back and forth to clean either side as another option.

We do prefer it if our customers pre-vacuum the carpets to get any larger bits of debris off the carpet. However, off course our job is to provide a quality service and we will always pre-vacuum all our jobs regardless, to ensure that we can get the best result possible.

Again this is your choice – many customers are home when we arrive, but then head out while we clean the carpets and we call or sms them once we have finished

Obviously, it depends on the size of the job. However, a rough guide would be as follows
· 1 x Room of Carpet: 45 Mins
· 2 x Rooms of Carpet: 1 Hour
· 3 x Rooms of Carpet: 1.5 Hours
· 4 x Rooms: 2 Hours

Yes we have EFTPOS Facility and accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX and online we also offer apple pay and android.

“Steam” cleaning or hot-water extraction is our process of carpet cleaning whereby hot water is injected into your carpet at high pressure and immediately extracted.

Because it is an extraction method, bacteria, dust mite, and various other pollutants and allergens are “sucked” from your carpets and outside through our waste recovery system.

Steam cleaning is recommended by all the major carpet manufacturers, and in fact has been rated by “Choice” magazine to be the most effective carpet cleaning method to remove and extract soil, pollutants, sources of bacteria, odours, and allergens from the carpet

Here at WA Cleaning we use state-of-the-art truck mounted steam cleaning equipment valued in excess of $40,000 mounted in our vans.

These machines offer 5-10 times the cleaning power of conventional portable steam cleaning machines, allowing deeper cleaning and faster drying times.

Bulky, noisy equipment stays outside your home.

While we as a professional Perth carpet cleaning company, take every precaution to protect your carpet and furnishings from accidental damage, unfortunately accidents can happen.

Rest assured we carry full comprehensive public liability and property damage to the amount of $10,000,000.

Major carpet manufacturers recommend that you vacuum carpet daily and have them professionally steam cleaned every 6 – 12 months. It most cases we recommend having a thorough carpet clean at least once a year

Upholstery should not be allowed to become soiled to the extent where the fabric becomes noticeably or visibly discoloured. A good rule-of-thumb is that most upholstery should have a maintenance clean every 18-24 months or before soils and oils build up and stains the fabric.

Keep in mind that maintenance cleaning is less aggressive and is safer to dyes and fabric integrity.

Different carpet cleaning companies operate different machines, have different specifications, and sadly, vastly different standards – We believe we are very competitively priced for the service that we provide.

The truth is, we don’t want to compete on price. We compete on quality (if our competitors want to beat us, they have to beat the quality and standard of cleaning that we produce).

Remember, the bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of the low price is forgotten…

Can you do it yourself? Of course, you can, BUT:

  • Do you understand the chemistry of both the products and fibres you are dealing with?
  • Do you understand the dyes that have been used and how they can be destabilised?
  • Do you know if the machine you are using has been adequately serviced?
  • Do you know that you are extracting the necessary amount of moisture and soil?
  • Do you know that your cleaning agents won’t cause resoiling?
  • Can you confidently say that a small, domestic rated machine will outperform an independently powered, high performance Truckmount machine?

Like any other industry, a professional that cares about their work will always do a better job than someone with a tool and some good intentions. So many things can go wrong and do when people attempt things themselves. Why run the risk of thousands of dollars in replacement costs for the sake of a few dollars?
